Supply Chain Director

• Lead Supply Planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and uninterrupted product availability.
• Oversee Warehouse & Logistics operations, including inbound/outbound flows, 3PL performance, and cost optimization.
• Manage Production Scheduling to align manufacturing capacity with demand forecasts and commercial priorities.
• Drive S&OP processes, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing to support business objectives.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Implement process improvements and digital tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all supply chain activities.
• Track KPIs related to service levels, cost, inventory, logistics efficiency, and operational performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years of supply chain experience in FMCG or related fast‑moving industries, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in supply planning, production scheduling, and warehouse/logistics management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, solution‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; experience with SAP, APO, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities, process orientation, and capability to drive continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and empower teams in a dynamic environment.
