- Cultivating strong relationships with internal business units to comprehend and evaluate their talent needs and offer optimal recruitment strategies.
- Recruiting talent for positions in Vietnam, Myanmar, and Europe as required.
- Assessing resumes, conducting interviews, leading post-interview discussions, and managing candidate communications and expectations.
- Collaborating with business verticals and sub-verticals to oversee End-to-End recruitment processes.
- Preferably possessing certification as a Workday specialist in Recruitment or having a minimum of 2 years of experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Demonstrating initiative, engagement, and effective communication skills, meeting the following expectations:
- Inward Looking:
- Partnering with leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements.
- Implementing effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand recognition and attract quality candidates.
- Serving as a consultant to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategy and best practices within PATH.
- Meeting fulfillment targets for open positions based on established KPIs, SLAs, and processes.
- Maintaining and managing recruitment data metrics and reporting them on global and regional dashboards as needed.
- Generating and sharing reports with various stakeholders on critical recruitment matters.
- Utilizing innovative technology skills through new Recruiting Systems (e.g., Workday ATS, Skill-Survey, etc.).
- Outward Looking:
- Attracting and sourcing top talent for PATH using innovative technology, social media, targeted outreach, and networking in Vietnam, Myanmar, and Europe.
- Gathering market intelligence on talent practices within the sector.
- Proactively building talent pipelines for future growth.
- Negotiating and closing offers for key roles in consultation with key stakeholders, HR, and the TA Regional Manager.
- At least 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a specialized skills recruiting environment covering a wide range of job disciplines.
- Preferably holds a Masters degree in HR.
- Availability to work flexible hours across various geographical locations and with multicultural teams.
- Positive attitude, strong team working, and management skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Proficient in MS Office and other recruiting tools.
- Comfortable working across various technology platforms and open to acquiring new skills as needed.
