- Spearhead the First Mile and Last Mile courier operations and be responsible for in line with the business plan and corporate objectives
- In charge of cost-efficient network expansion and operations work flow according to business directions and compliant to local authority policies for Malaysia and Singapore
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and achieve divisional goals
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. Take corrective actions to address any performance issues
- Collaborate closely with mid mile team to improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with sales team and after-sales support team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Involve in cost control and budget planning, ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency in resource utilization
- Oversee resource allocation including personnel, equipment and facilities to ensure optimal utilization
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Express Delivery team, encouraging innovation and efficiency enhancement
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team
- Develop and implement crisis management plans for unforeseen challenges
- Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering / Business Administration or its equivalent
- 3 -7 years of managerial role experience in courier, logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and technology tools
