Drive Revenue Growth: Execute the in-country health solutions sales plan, manage budgets and pipelines, and contribute to annual planning.
Client Management: Identify and develop relationships with key clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate data entry and deliver timely sales report.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

University graduates
Proven experience in health insurance, ideally from insurance companies, brokers, or compensation settlement companies.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a network of decision-makers in administrative, HR, finance, and procurement departments.
Dynamic problem-solver with the ability to provide immediate and flexible solutions to customer needs.
