A. Main Responsibilities:Finance Business Partner Manager will assist in various finance-related services to the business, including:Overseeing periodic projections, monthly rolling forecasts, annual forecasting, and annual planning.Analyzing and presenting financial performance data.Managing the financial budget of the function.Identifying and prioritizing operational challenges, risks, and opportunities, and proposing action plans.Offering meaningful insights, advice, and recommendations on both past and future financial performance.Collaborating with Function Leaders to meet their requirements and effectively implement the operating plan and long-term strategy.Analyzing revenue performance variances and drivers of growth.Driving revenue growth and optimizing investment effectiveness and efficiency; managing costs and gross margin:Supporting business in safeguarding, expanding, and optimizing company assets.Overseeing financial management of all marketing investments across sales channels and formats (Brand/Product/In-store/Digital/Ecommerce), focusing on topline growth and financial ratio achievement.Establishing and managing an effective costing management system, conducting cost optimization, financial scenario planning, and pre- and post-investment evaluation analysis.Working cross-functionally with key business partners to develop insights that drive revenue growth.Developing frameworks and models to enhance process simplification and efficiency in collaboration with business partners.Decision Support and Other Responsibilities:Leading and participating in internal change initiatives to enhance Finance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinating and executing forecasting, annual operating planning, long-term planning, and financial reporting with the Global Financial Management team.Conducting ad hoc analyses as required.B. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.Minimum of 5+ years of relevant finance experience.Proven track record in:Extensive financial analysis, decision support, and finance partnering, preferably with Sales/Marketing and Supply Chain functions.Utilizing strong marketing insights, critical thinking, and analytical skills to drive business outcomes.Experience in finance partnering with Digital Ecommerce sales channels is preferred.Knowledge of:Annual Operating Planning, Rolling Forecasting Process.Finance management and business legacy systems.Market trends, competitor understanding, and insights generation.Shopper and Consumer insights.Skills:Strong analytical skills and business acumen.Proficient in Excel; extensive experience in building operating models and analyzing large datasets; familiarity with power BI.Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs for all management levels.Results-oriented with the ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.Agile and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
