ACG_3000_JOBOur client is a leading education company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Postgraduate RecruitmentAssume complete responsibility for achieving postgraduate student recruitment goals, encompassing MBA and other postgraduate courses.Manage and direct the postgraduate sales team, ensuring efficient oversight of the sales pipeline.Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans and sales campaigns specifically designed for working professionals and executives.Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the entire consultation and admission process, from initial inquiry to enrolment.Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design targeted lead generation and conversion activities for postgraduate programs.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as lead quality, conversion rates, and enrolment progression; implement corrective measures when required.Corporate Partnerships & Lead GenerationEstablish and maintain robust relationships with corporate partners, HR leaders, professional associations, and business organizations.Negotiate and formalize MOUs, training contracts, and co-branded agreements to create sustainable recruitment channels and enhance brand recognition.Generate qualified leads for postgraduate and undergraduate/pre-university programs through initiatives such as executive education, staff scholarships, and employee benefit programs (e.g., support for employees’ children).Collaborate with corporate partners to plan and execute joint activities including webinars, information sessions, sponsorships, and HR benefit programs.Represent school at business and industry networking events to promote the university’s programs and position it as a trusted educational partner.Strategic Collaboration & ReportingWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Academic, Admissions, and Student Recruitment teams to ensure unified messaging and a smooth recruitment process.Provide insightful market analysis and corporate intelligence to support pricing strategies, program development, and targeted marketing efforts.Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM database (e.g., Salesforce) documenting partner interactions and recruitment outcomes.Regularly report to the Head of Student Recruitment & Business Development on progress against recruitment goals and partnership KPIs.Other ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with other functions within the Student Recruitment & Business Development Department to organize and conduct student consultations during Open Days, Experience Days, Mini Info Days, and similar recruitment events.Collaborate with the Graduate School and other academic departments to jointly organize events focused on recruitment and enhancing student engagement.Carry out supplementary tasks as delegated by the Head of Student Recruitment & Business Development.RequirementsCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)EssentialBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, or higher education sectors.Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and developing corporate partnerships.Proficiency in both professional English and Vietnamese.Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in coaching and team management.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.DesirableExperience within the education or training industry is highly advantageous.Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver both short-term outcomes and foster long-term relationships.Competence in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and data-driven performance analysis.In-depth understanding of Vietnam’s corporate and educational environments.Competencies (Behavioural)EssentialEffective communication skills.Ability to manage and develop people.Strong planning and organizational skills.Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.DesirableCreative and innovative thinking.Strategic outlook and planning abilities.Benefits13th-month Tet bonus for Vietnamese employees.Annual cost-of-living adjustments.20 days of annual leave, plus Christmas closure, public holidays, and 5 days of paid sick leave.Educational assistance for staff members and their immediate family (spouse and children).Relocation allowance covering visa, airfare, and initial accommodation expenses.Assistance with work permit and visa applications as well as support for relocation and settling in Vietnam.Contact: Thao PhanDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
