Position: Warehouse Manager (Pharmacist background)
Location: Ho Chi Minh city.About the Position:
GSK searching for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a solid pharmacist background to play a pivotal role in our Vietnam Foreign Invested Enterprise (FIE) warehouse operations. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), driving operational excellence, and managing all regulatory and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, managing inventory and logistics to ensure maximum warehouse performance.
  • Ensure end-to-end product flow from receipt to delivery aligns with GSK standards and local regulations, managing activities such as change control, deviations, and complaints.
  • Execute repacking/redressing processes in compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and maintain GxP documentation, including SOPs, calibration/validation records, and Quality Management System (QMS) documents like CAPA and change controls.
  • Conduct security, EHS risk assessments, and review equipment layouts, manning, and space requirements.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Building Management System (BMS).
  • Manage audits, regulatory inspections, and ensure GMP/GSP compliance.
  • Provide training to internal staff and external partners on GxP and EHS regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams (QA, Regulatory Affairs, IT, Procurement) and external vendors to ensure stakeholder coordination and efficient deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GSP/GMP standards and systems (WMS/BMS).
  • Track record in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Past experience with vaccine or toxic drug warehouses preferred.
  • Expertise in project execution, risk assessment, and documentation.
  • Excellent in both Vietnamese & English communication and collaboration skills.
