Head of Sales

• Propose and execute intricate and thorough strategies aimed at boosting sales revenue and expanding market presence within the fertilizer sector.
• Effectively lead and manage sales managers and teams to attain sales objectives and meet performance metrics.
• Monitor and assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to formulate tailored and impactful sales strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with key customers and strategic allies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Engage in negotiations with clients and partners to secure profitable and enduring sales agreements.
• Efficiently track, analyze, and present sales data to assess performance and recommend enhancement strategies.
• Provide comprehensive training and developmental opportunities to empower sales staff and elevate their performance levels.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales management position, with over 4 years in the fertilizer or agricultural sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and strategic management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation proficiencies, coupled with the capacity to establish and sustain positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Willing to business travel as needed.
• Proficiency in English and computer skills, including MS Office and Internet usage.
