
Creative Manager - Higher Education

- A well-established, forward-thinking higher-education institution with a professional, multicultural working environment, looking for a strong leader to run their central Creative Services hub.
- Lead the Creative Services hub: define creative direction, drive brand consistency across digital & print.
- End-to-end production management: manage briefs, timelines, resource allocation and delivery (design, photo, video, motion).
- Build & maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for easy access and version control.
- Own branded merchandise & collateral lifecycle: strategy, design, sourcing, production, inventory and distribution.
- Manage a small creative team: hire, mentor, set KPIs and develop skills.
- Control Creative Services budget and manage external agencies, vendors and freelancers.
- Bachelor's degree in Design/Marketing/Communications or related field.
- 5+ years in creative/design management with a portfolio of delivered projects; 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong command of branding, production workflows (print & digital), and merchandise management.
- Proven project management, budgeting and vendor-negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker, attention to detail, excellent communication and people-management abilities.
- Master's or experience in international/higher-education environments is a plus.
- Competitive salary VND 60-70M + fixed 13th month pay.
