Chuẩn bị mẫu gửi thầu phụ, báo giá giao thầu/ Preparing sub samples and sub quotations
Liên hệ thầu phụ xin báo giá và các thông tin cho sale và bộ phận kĩ thuật/ Contacting Subcontractors to take quotation and information for Sale team and Technical deparment
Theo dõi tiến độ trả kết quả và nhập các kết quả thầu phụ lên phần mềm eLIMs/ Follow up order and enter sub results into eLIMs system
Thực hiện các báo cáo cuối tháng về thầu cho bộ phận kế toán/ Create monthly subcontract report for Accounting team
Thực hiện các công việc theo điều phối của phụ trách/ Implementing job requirement as assigned by the manager

QualificationsKinh nghiệm (Experiences): 0-1 nămTrình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Cao Đẳng/ Đại học chuyên ngành Hoá, công nghệ thực phẩmTrình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): Yêu cầu biết tiếng anh có thể giao tiếp qua điện thoại, email (TOEIC: 500-600 hoặc IELTS 6.0)/ English is require.
