- Execute all human resources needs for recruitment, training, and retaining quality associates
- Manage training programs ensuring that courses are offered on all necessary topics at appropriate frequency
- Coordinate and monitor Performance Management Reviews
- Manage and update HR policy including Policy and Procedure Manual and Associate Handbook
- Responsible for building, promoting, and sustaining the image of the company within its local environment
- Administer all bonus and incentive programs
- Provide direction and assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving leadership team issues
- Assist with the recruitment and selection at all levels
- Build annual training plan and its implementation
- Bachelor or above degree in HR Management, Sociology, Psychologies or Legal related major preferred
- Minimum five years relevant working experience in HR management
- Proven experience in job evaluation, design of salary range, incentives and benefits program, project management, HR information system
- Excellent communication/presentation skills both in Vietnamese and English. French is a plus
- Effective interpersonal skills required with proven ability to build supportive relationships at all levels in the organisation
- Clear-minded and initiative-taking, able to propose solutions
- Good time-management, organisation, and planning skills
