Project Manager (Open for Japanese Expat)

• Lead project planning from concept development to execution
• Coordinate procurement strategies and prepare bidding documents
• Manage construction site activities and ensure compliance with client requirements
• Oversee project phases: land selection, estimation, contractor selection, design, negotiation, and contract signing
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with general contractors and subcontractors across multiple regions
• Participate in internal meetings and report to Japanese directors
• Travel to project sites

• Male, 50-60 years old, Japanese nationality (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years as a similar position
• Have experience in working at a general contractor
• Fluent in English for internal communication
