Key Responsibilities1. Government Relations & Stakeholder EngagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, ministries, regulators, and local authorities.Represent the company in meetings with government officials, public consultations, and industry forums.Establish partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and policy organizations.Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government stakeholders.2. Policy Monitoring & Regulatory StrategyMonitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting real estate, land use, zoning, construction, and investment.Analyze policy changes and assess potential impact on development projects and investment plans.Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding policy risks and opportunities.3. Licensing & Project ApprovalsCoordinate with government agencies to support permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals for real estate projects.Work closely with legal, investment, and project development teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Engage consultants, lobbyists, and advisors when necessary to support approval processes.4. Advocacy & Public PolicyDevelop and implement advocacy strategies to support favorable policies for the company and the real estate sector.Participate in policy discussions, consultations, and working groups with government bodies.Support industry policy initiatives related to housing, urban development, and infrastructure
