HR Operations & Compliance
- Review, update, and implement the employee handbook in accordance with Vietnam labor laws and company values.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HR policies to ensure operational consistency.
- Ensure all HR functions comply with local labor legislation and international HR best practices.
- Oversee monthly payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax and labor laws.
- Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and annual leave planning.
- Design and implement benefit schemes that strike a balance between employee welfare and business sustainability.
- Benchmark compensation and benefits packages against market standards..
- Conduct staff training programs to improve service delivery and support career development.
- Promote a learning culture and ensure all departments receive adequate HR support in training.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain the right talent.
- Manage effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Resolve staff grievances and conflicts through proactive problem-solving and fair mediation practices.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
- Identify and resolve workplace issues swiftly and constructively.
- Work closely with department heads to address operational challenges affecting employee performance or morale
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience with payroll systems and HR software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
