Responsibilities:
  • Support the installation of software, hardware, and upgrade computer configurations and peripherals for users.
  • Manage SEO on the company's website, domain, and server system.
  • Take responsibility for repairing and maintaining computer equipment.
  • Collaborate with other technicians, using remote diagnostic tools to promptly detect computer malfunctions, identify solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Install and manage printing systems, projectors, cameras, and other devices.
  • Possess strong knowledge of network security, system security, and information security.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from College or University, with a preference for IT majors.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
