- Collect and analyze training needs from all departments
- Coordinate with department managers to develop and maintain a Training Matrix for each position.
- Regularly review, update, and adjust training programs in response to production requirements and technological changes.
- Develop the Annual Training Plan in alignment with the company's strategic direction and within the approved budget.
- Design training content, curricula, and materials tailored to the specific needs of electronic manufacturing.
- Prepare classrooms, training equipment, and necessary support resources.
- Deliver core training programs, including Orientation, Safety Induction, ESD Awareness, and Quality Standard Training.
- collaboration with dept manager design on the job training to new hire and employees transitioning to new roles
- Invite and coordinate with internal or external trainers as required.
- Design and implement training programs incorporating 4-level evaluations based on the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Monitor training effectiveness through the Training Record System and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Ensure training records comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or customer-specific standards.
- Maintain and manage training records in a complete, accurate, and easily retrievable manner for audits.
- Propose improvements to training content, methods, and tools.
- Participate in projects to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Percentage of completion of the Annual Training Plan.
- Support in reducing production defects/safety violations related to skills.
- Percentage of training records meeting requirements during audits (100%).
- Contribution to lowering employee turnover rate through effective training programs.
- Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resources Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs on production skills, safety, and quality.
- Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing, PCBA inspection).
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office; e-learning design skills are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

- Good English communication skills, ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
