Project Manager

• Collaborating with customers to address requirements, specifications, operational procedures, budgetary considerations, and technical solutions.

• Transferring customer requirements to the Vietnam team.

• Identifying and resolving issues while optimizing operations within factories.

• Managing project resources, including human resources, budget, and devices.

• Gathering and analyzing business processes, particularly production processes, in factories, and providing instruction or transferring knowledge to other team members.

• Possess experience in the manufacturing sector.

• Demonstrate understanding of factory business processes.

• Willingness to work on-site in factories for testing, debugging, and deployment.

• Possess project management skills, along with knowledge of CMMI, Agile, and related methodologies.

• Effective communication abilities in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese.

• Experience in software development.

• Familiarity with legal regulations (contracts, accounting, etc.).

• Project management experience with a Japanese company or for Japanese clients.

• On-site work experience in Japan.

• Ability to perform well under tight schedules.

• Possession of PMP certification is advantageous.
