- Establish and implement financial policies, processes, and accounting systems.

- Manage budgets and capital planning to optimize resources and drive operational efficiency.
- Deliver accurate financial data and insightful analysis to headquarters and senior management.
- Provide trend analysis to support decision-making and ensure reporting consistency between Vietnam and global offices.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
- 5+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in financial management in Vietnam.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, Vietnam tax policies, and cross-border tax planning.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in international financial systems.
