Process payroll for the entire group (5 entities and contractors globally), working effectively with international payroll agents.
Manage and execute all aspects of compensation and benefits programs for employees and contractors (if any) across the group.
Stay up-to-date on all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company operates in full compliance.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
Assist with the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs, including rewards and recognition projects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees and contractors
Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding HR inquiries.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
Proven experience in processing payroll, experience in international complexities.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits processes and regulations.
In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations (a plus).
Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) (a plus).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
