Job Description
This is a single-position role responsible Experienced HR professional with solid expertise in PIT compliance, HR reporting, performance management, and training & development. Skilled in preparing reports, supporting appraisal processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Strong English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and regional stakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities 1. HR Evaluation Support
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance evaluation systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Analyze employee performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Support the conduct of regular performance reviews with employees to provide feedback, address concerns, and set development goals
  • Assist in the development of employee performance improvement plans
2. Report Making
  • Prepare accurate and timely HR reports, including headcount analysis, turnover rates, absenteeism rates, employee satisfaction surveys, prepare global report quarterly (analysis HR primary index)
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Provide HR metrics and insights to management to support decision-making
3. Training Collaborator
  • Implement the training course as request from HQ, Collaborate with SS Complex to operate the training program for designated target (leader, successors..)
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs (language training…)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee training and certifications
4. Responsible for Personal Income Tax (PIT):
  • Prepare monthly PIT tax returns for the entire company in Vietnam.
  • Review tax finalization returns in coordination with the tax consultant.
  • Manage PIT matters for the regional office.
5. Salary Increase Management:
  • Prepare the annual master File for Annual salary increment for the entire Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
  • Prepare and manage reports related to employee compensation and salary data.
6. Other tasks
  • Policy planning, manage workforce planning
  • Ad-hoc task as request from Group Leader
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Major in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or other related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, in Global Company
  • English proficiency
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understand about HR operation/ regulations, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment.
