HR Professional (General)

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 5 years of experience in HR within a multinational or Korean
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• High level of attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, HR documentation, and conducting exit interviews
• Support recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing selection activities in close partnership with hiring managers and Korean stakeholders
• Promote effective internal communication and employee relations to foster a positive and compliant working environment
• Provide support for expatriate employees, including onboarding, visa arrangements, housing, and related administrative procedures
• Execute HR policies and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations as well as Company's internal standards
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR systems, policies, and procedures
• Assist with performance management processes, training programs, and organizational development initiatives
• Strengthen employee engagement and internal communication to maintain a healthy workplace culture
• Drive initiatives related to organizational culture development
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, workplace culture, and well-being
• Prepare HR reports and data analysis for management in English and Korean
• Maintain close coordination with the HR team at the Korea headquarters and local leadership
