- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 5 years of experience in HR within a multinational or Korean
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, HR documentation, and conducting exit interviews
- Support recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing selection activities in close partnership with hiring managers and Korean stakeholders
- Promote effective internal communication and employee relations to foster a positive and compliant working environment
- Provide support for expatriate employees, including onboarding, visa arrangements, housing, and related administrative procedures
- Execute HR policies and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations as well as Company's internal standards
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Assist with performance management processes, training programs, and organizational development initiatives
- Strengthen employee engagement and internal communication to maintain a healthy workplace culture
- Drive initiatives related to organizational culture development
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, workplace culture, and well-being
- Prepare HR reports and data analysis for management in English and Korean
- Maintain close coordination with the HR team at the Korea headquarters and local leadership
