Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Job description:Strategic Planning: Collaborate with global headquarters and local leadership to define the territory’s growth strategy and strengthen the company’s brand presence.Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and present new growth opportunities and initiatives.Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end user management, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, support, and lifecycle retention.Partnerships & Execution: Work with internal and external partners to implement growth strategies and drive key initiatives such as promotions, competitions, and community-building activities.Global Collaboration: Lead selected global initiatives and establish best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across regions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree from a recognized university.At least 5 years of experience in business strategy, marketing, or operations, with a proven track record of scaling B2C businesses or online communities.Product growth experience, with measurable impact on onboarding, conversion, retention, or engagement.Background in quantitative, data-driven, or finance-related industries is a plus.Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and geographies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.Contact: Nhat Anh Nguyen or Thao (Grace) PhanDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
