- Monitor sales performance and key metrics, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales plans and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Manage pricing and negotiation strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on Modern Trade channels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
