- Oversee and execute marketing and sales strategies for grain related products and projects to maintain strong sales performance and meet profit goals.
- Create long-term strategic plans for the grain business.
- Handle profit and loss reports, customer demand forecasts, and local market insights to optimize product positioning and supply planning.
- Manage customs data and analyze import volumes to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement strategies and initiatives to boost revenue and expand market presence.
- Perform market research to discover new customer segments and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Ensure flawless execution of sales activities, manage customer risks, and comply with regulatory standards.
- Keep up with market trends and customer preferences to enhance products and services.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in relevant industries such as feed, commodities, agri-food, or FMCG.
- Experience managing industrial clients in both B2B and B2C formats.
- Deep knowledge of the commodity sector, especially in food and feed, with hands-on experience in the Vietnamese market.
- Strong local network and understanding of Vietnam's culture, language, regulations, and business environment.
- Proven track record in sales leadership.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen for developing and executing sales plans.
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
