Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Maximum Term/Fixed Term (Fixed Term)The Executive Support & Operations Lead is a people‑leading role responsible for maximising leadership effectiveness, operational discipline, and organisational rhythm.This role leads the Executive Assistant and two operations support colleagues, setting clear standards, building capability, and ensuring the leadership team is supported through high‑quality execution, coordination, and engagement.The role acts as the single point of accountability for executive operations, enabling leaders to focus on strategy while ensuring the engine underneath runs flawlessly.YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ​1. Leadership enablement & executive operationsEnable the General Director and Leadership Team to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring executive administration, coordination, and follow‑up are delivered to a consistently high standardTranslate leadership intent into clear actions, priorities, and rhythms across the support teamQuality‑assure executive materials, briefings, correspondence, and leadership forums2. People leadership & capability upliftLead, coach, and develop the EA and admin support team, setting clear expectations, ways of working, and quality standardsBuild a high‑performing support function, not a task‑based admin poolAllocate work effectively across the team, matching complexity to capabilityProvide regular feedback, coaching, and performance managementUplift capability in areas such as executive judgment, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and professionalism3. Enterprise coordination & operational rhythmOwn the operational cadence of the leadership team (key meetings, planning cycles, reviews, forums)Ensure dependencies across teams are identified, tracked, and resolvedProactively identify operational risks, bottlenecks, or misalignment and intervene earlyMaintain disciplined governance over documentation, records, and confidential information4. Engagement, events & strategic forumsPartner with EB&C to orchestrate high‑impact internal and external events, including:Strategy DaysTownhallsAMA sessionsPartner, regulator, and government meetingsEnsure forums are purpose‑led, well‑designed, and outcome‑focused — not just well organisedOversee end‑to‑end delivery across the team: agendas, materials, logistics, run‑of‑show, and follow‑up5.
