You will be responsible for recruiting top talent in Vietnam and effectively managing the recruited team to ensure successful project delivery and enhance VidCruiter’s reputation as a leader in online hiring and video interviewing while overseeing related recruitment projects to ensure efficiency and success.While no two days are the same, here’s what you can expect from this role:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Vietnam.
Develop a deep understanding of VidCruiter's short- and long-term talent needs; maintain a network pipeline; leverage numerous platforms to create a strong sourcing infrastructure in key talent segments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Manage and oversee the recruited team, ensuring that projects they are involved in are delivered on time and within scope.
Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet project objectives.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, for a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in both recruitment and project management.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Knowledge of the Vietnamese job market and culture is a plus.
Experience in project management skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
