- Lead and coordinate projects from kick-off to final delivery
- Manage contractual follow-up and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure timely submission of all required documentation and deliverables
- Organize and chair project meetings and monitor action plans
- Define and manage project planning, milestones and supplier schedules
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, production and subcontractors
- Control project budget and costs in collaboration with cost control teams
- Identify risks, anticipate delays and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
- Supervise trials, commissioning and closing of punch lists
- Deliver regular reporting to management on progress, risks and costs
- Master’s degree or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in shipbuilding project management (10 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes and industrial environments
- Experience managing contracts, clients and subcontractors
- Strong planning, organization and leadership skills
- Cost-conscious and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent English required (French or Vietnamese is a plus)
- Willingness to work on site in a shipyard environment and travel when required
- Advances english is required , French is an advantage
