- Adecco's client is a global leader in ICT infrastructure and smart devices. The company provides a wide range of products, solutions, and services in telecommunications networks, enterprise ICT, cloud computing, and consumer devices.
- Build relationships with mid- and high-level decision maker in named accounts, collaborate with customers, and act as the primary owner of office-level projects to support the achievement of order and revenue targets.
- Proactively gain insights into the current status and development trends in the industries of corresponding premier, strategic, and core customers.
- Effectively present the business value of Huawei's solutions to the customers.
- Responsible for overall satisfaction and relationship with big customers.
- Ensure good understanding of customers' requirements and current market information.
- Involve in all activities to ensure the establishment of the brand.
- Explore for opportunity to achieve sales target with pre-sales team.
- Pro-actively deliver new sales.
- Master the key communication points regarding new scenarios, and support business development of premier, strategic, and Key accounts.
- Master the knowledge of main products: server, storage, router, switch, wifi.
- Have a good command of scenario-based industry solution knowledge.
- Master the knowledge of enterprise project operation.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Computer Science or Economy related field
- Strong experience in selling ICT products: server, storage, network, wifi, etc.
- High achiever who is ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast change environment
- Resourceful, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Familiar with international trading, international law, business management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures etc.
