ACG_2897_JOBOur client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Take full responsibility for leading and operating the assigned sales team, ensuring achievement of revenue KPIs in line with company goals.Convert customer inquiries and technical drawings into competitive proposals or contracts, and lead negotiation processes with clients.Coordinate cross-functionally with partners and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.Serve as an advisor to the Board of Directors and CEO regarding company operations, particularly within your designated business area.RequirementsHolds a university degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, or relevant majors.Prefer candidates with a strong track record in closing deals, delivering sales targets, and solid experience (minimum 3 years) in infrastructure construction sales. Exposure to the steel structure or pre-engineered buildings sector is highly advantageous.Strong language skills, especially in business communication, contract negotiation, and signing in English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc., are a plus.Demonstrated leadership in managing and driving sales teams, with a well-established network of clients including domestic and international contractors and investors.Proven ability to build and manage a sales team (2–4 members).Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and sales-closing skills.
