- Provide administrative support to the Country Business Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for leadership meetings.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and facility needs.
- Manage office budget and procurement processes in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the office.
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
- Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and suggestions related to workplace experience.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events such as townhalls, kick-off meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event content with business priorities and employee interests.
- Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, communications, and post-event feedback collection.
- Draft and distribute internal communications on behalf of the CBD and leadership team.
- Maintain internal calendars for key events, holidays, and company-wide initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment on corporate programs and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator are a plus.
- Fluent in English
