So, if you want to have the opportunity to work with an outstanding and progressive organization this position could be right for you.Role SummaryWe are looking for DLT Solution Architect, based in anywhere of Vietnam to join the GFT APAC team and help build our rapidly expanding business while striving to create world-class digital banking and blockchain solutions with our clients and partners. This position is based in Hong Kong with international travel likely a requirement.As a Solution Architect, you will work with industry-leading technology and business experts in the virtual banking, cloud, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and distributed ledger technology domains, as well as development teams who are well versed in all matters related to agile methodologies and frameworks, technology delivery and the engineering of exceptional software solutions. Daily, you'll collaborate internationally with colleagues, clients, and partners throughout Asia (primarily Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia) and Europe (Poland and Spain).Key Activities

Collaborate with technology and functional experts in an Agile project delivery model, understand business requirements, lead (drive, coach and mentor) the development team in technical decisions, and discuss and agree with different customer and partner teams on any open topic
Represent GFT at conferences, webinars, and industry events
Providing thought leadership
Operate and lead-from-the-front in a consultative fashion to drive technical discussions and decisions and help implement technology solutions to production environments
Act as SME for new game-changing technical solutions and product offerings
Ensure rigid oversight and own the technical solution (design, scope and deliverables) across APAC engagements
Continuously work closely with the development teams, clients, and partners to achieve project success
Proactively work with the client, understanding business needs, recommending best technologies/tools and designing bespoke solutions based on highest standards

Required Skills

12+ years of experience with 5 years' experience as an architect with a financial infrastructure (exchanges, payment services), and/or at a bank
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a production environment with one or more of: DLT technologies, public blockchains, consensus mechanisms, smar contract development, large-scale distributed systems, high availability, real-time systems, privacy-preserving, and security frameworks
In-depth knowledge of privacy-preserving technologies such as zero-knowledge proofs, secure multi-party computation (MPC), homomorphic encryption, etc.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures for DLT platforms, including consensus mechanisms, network protocols, and data storage solutions
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry standards relevant to DLT and blockchain technology\
Demonstrate high levels of proficiency in software development tasks using Java, Spring boot, Kafka, RDBMS, AWS, GCP
Good understanding of cloud ecosystem and ability to design cloud-based infrastructure (preferably AWS as most popular in the region)
Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods
Broad architecture skills, covering application, infrastructure, data and integration
Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Effective project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives and IT Management
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, create technical definition around customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate & mobilize resources, and deliver results
Experience/Knowledge on Enterprise Architecture methodology such as TOGAF is a plus (but not mandatory)
Technical degree or equivalent experience required, Computer Science background desired
Aptitude to learn quickly, innovate, and challenge the status quo
Fluent in English
