- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and operational efforts with business objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business partnerships.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to achieve business development targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Manage and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech/gaming or a related field.
- Experience in setting up operations in a new location, including: identifying sales pipeline, setting up an ecommerce website, recruiting, and locating vendors, etc.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in tech/gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and operational strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the Saigon market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
