  • Strategize and execute client engagement initiatives and local experiences to foster growth in the CRM database, both in terms of volume and value, aligning closely with company objectives for annual Client Engagement goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Customer Engagement Manager, Marketing team, and local Market Director to orchestrate a diverse range of client touch points and activations, adhering to global guidelines and regional directives.
  • Develop premium customer experience programs tailored to meet client needs, enhancing relationships and fostering loyalty.
  • Implement brand or local experiences, both in-store and off-site, providing direct client interaction opportunities to enrich customer engagement.
  • Proactively identify and prioritize high-value customer segments within the internal database.
  • Cultivate strong external partnerships to drive recruitment of potential customers and execute captivating activities, including third-party collaborations to expand the Gucci Community.
  • Utilize data analysis and monthly customer insights to formulate actionable plans aimed at achieving performance targets, focusing on upgrading client spending tiers, increasing recruitment, and enhancing sales metrics.
  • Employ gifting strategies to surprise and delight top and high-potential clients, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Retail and Store Managers to implement client-centric strategies and achieve high levels of client retention and acquisition.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders including local Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Retail, and Training teams to execute key client initiatives and projects.
  • Proactively review Top Client Tracker reports and develop action plans to align with regional corporate objectives.
  • Manage client engagement expenses within allocated budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to financial and procurement policies.
  • Timely submission of finance-related reports on a quarterly basis and as required on an ad-hoc basis.
Experience requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • 5-6 years of related client engagement experience, specifically around customer insights, client events plan, retail, and/or retention/loyalty programs
  • Good understanding of Luxury Client Experience and in Tune with Current Luxury Experiences. Touch of Luxury Finesse
  • Multi-tasking & Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent in Project/Event Management and resourcefulness
  • Committed to maintain a close and effective relationships with customers to gains their trust and respect
