Key Responsibilities:Personnel holding the position of "Business Team Leader - Capital Arrangement Division" is responsible for developing and taking care of priority customers in the portfolio. Based on capacity to analyse customers' financial capabilities and provide consulting direction on managing customers' financial portfolios in the most effective wayTake care and develop priority customer listEvaluate the effectiveness of your customer portfolioBuild a customer network, expand relationships from existing customer files to exploit and find potential customersExploit information, analyse and evaluate the products/services customers are using to fully understand their financial needs.Combine with other departments to advise on products for priority customersRecord and respond to customer opinions on products and services and propose solutions to improve service quality standards for priority customersTo succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.2.
