Direct Manager: Senior HRMDuties:
- Works with the various BU managers and provide strategic human resource consultation.
- Typically serves in an organization where specialists are not fully deployed.
- Proactively functions as a generalist in various HR activities to support the delivery of all HR processes encompassing but not limited to policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Acts as the first contact point for HR-related issues for Vietnamese employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle to ensure positive employee experiences.
- Assists the regional HR manager in accommodating a variety of local management and employee requests in HR functions, knowing the priority to respond to the issues, coaching leadership on HR matters and providing proper responses under the regional HR manager's guidance.
- The role will be required to participate in global programs and ad-hoc projects about Inclusion and Diversity, Employer Branding (internal and external), Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, Performance Development… for company culture interpretation and promotion…
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or the related domains
- Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experiences.
- Full proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SAP Success Factor other related database systems experience preferred.
- Ability to be a professional communicator in both oral and written in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to exhibit collaborative skills and teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Must be proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
