Job Posting End Date:Worker Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term)ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for Domain Consultant who will support the operational requirements for improving the overall business performance in the CIO Personal Banking Division across the areas of strategy, financials, risk, leadership, culture, engagement, workforce, commercial management and critical technology hygiene .YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPurpose
  • Run the effective management of Recruitment and
SOW/Contract approvals
  • Contribute to cross-divisional initiatives that drive performance
  • Create monthly performance reporting that supports both CIO
decision making and input into key discoverable forums
  • Support a culture of engineering led customer obsession

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsibility for the ongoing management of the CIO PB Recruitment and Contract/SOW approvals process
  • Report on overall CIO PB Performance in a number of dimensions including risk management, culture, engagement – and drive execution as required
  • Support cost efficiency initiatives including through clarity reporting
  • Be part of a team culture of high performance and innovation
  • Drive simplication of process at every opportunity
  • Monitoring of domain delivery performance, assurance activity and capability development
  • Ensure appropriate controls are activated and embedded into all key processes

  • Customer Feedback on Recruitment / SOW / Contract Processes – specific focus on reducing bureaucracy
  • On Time and accurate delivery of all reporting
  • Zero Grace findings raised as a result of late contracts/SOWs
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperiences
  • 3 + years' experience in financial services technology with experience in
Executive Management preferred
  • Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets
  • Track record of operating effectively and efficiently - delivering
consistent results in a large complex business
  • Experience with effectively engaging a wide array of senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of banking technologies and concepts
