Job Category: ProductJob Description:Strategy and Planning:· Managing operational product management agenda: Lending of Consumer Bankingincluding: product planning and designing, product execution, product performancemanagement, product grandfathering.· Participating in the product strategy forming with Product head for the areas of products incharge, define features, pricings and offers of the consumer banking products under thebank's new digital banking approach.· Develop and maintain the framework to measure and monitor product portfolioperformance.Product and Business Performance· Establishment and management of key personnas for Digital Banking products in theDigital Attacker project.· Provide quality, written content of product requirement documentation and materials· Be responsible for product pricing, margin, and undertake the financial models for the 5-year and annual budgets and P&Ls of Lending products that is in charge.· Monitor and actively manage the overall product portfolio, including liaising with Risk teamto manage product exposure, risk indicator, and implement risk policy enhancement· Liaising with Partnership Product team in planning, budgeting and executing the launching,marketing and distribution of consumer banking product suite.· Work with Digital Delivery and Technology to design product flow, develop product coresystem, managing the end-to-end testing/ UAT of core system upon product featurelaunching· Coordinate with Operations to design and be responsible for end-to-end operationprocesses of each product in the product suite focusing on seamless and frictionless userjourney and best possible user experience.· Establishing the product report framework including regular product performance reportsand descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytic reports for each product in the suiteand overall product portfolio.· Work with relevant departments to design and oversee delivery of product trainingTeamwork· Responsible as a team member to support Product Head for building a best digital bank products embedding conventional banking product soundly onto digital platform.· Participating to build and maintain a work environment for the Product Management team that drives results and positively energise and challenges team member for high performance culture· Work closely with Technology and Digital Delivery team, Risk and Compliance as appropriate to enact product systems and process set up/ continuous enhancement· Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflect CIMB brand and culture.Regulatory Compliance· Responsible for the compliance and regulatory aspect of each product in the suite and portfolio in charge.Requirements:Banking / Finance / Business degree and equivalent functional experience3-5 years' experience in consumer banking or retail banking product management in a well established foreign bank or local joint stock bank or consumer finance companyTechnical/Functional skills- Product management skill- Project management skill- Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology- Financial forecast and modelling skill- Business planning skill- MIS, reporting and analysis skill- Market analysis and SWOT analysis skill- Business analysis skill- Personna conceptualizing, designing and building skill- Knowledge of Vietnam banking industry and macro-economy environment- Knowledge of lending core system/ platform- Knowledge of regulation framework of digital lending product.- Good at English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal communication)Personal skills- Presentation skill- Inter-personal skill- Conflict handling skill- Problem solving skill- Analytical skill- Critical thinking/ reasoning- Communication skill- Time management skill- Negotiation skill- Motivated and energetic- Strong written and verbal critical reasoning- Result oriented- Able to focus attention on detailAbout Us: With operations that span 15 different markets across the region, the opportunity to expand your experience, test your capabilities, and exhibit your resilience is ample. #teamCIMB is always keen to welcome the ones who are ready to make that very special difference - for themselves and the bank.
