1. Understand the Offer Strategy of the Line of Business to adapt and execute it locally:· Manage and develop offer product portfolio in the country for:o Power Quality components, metering, capacitors, relays, arc protection,o Building gateways, sensors, valve and actuators, controllers,o Edge control (software’s PME, PO, EPAS, EBO) and Advisors (Power Advisor)o Protection relays, arc relays, energy automation· Supports the launch of new offers over time, to encourage growth of market share and compatibility with needs, guaranteeing achievement of goals.· Support to implement the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price, and Communication adapted to the offer, manage pricing updates and mix management strategies to defend margin while attaining the targeted goals2. Master the Offer knowledge and the Offer environment:· Support on market measurement (TAM, SAM, PAM, Market share, evolution analysis, and relevant strategic action plans· Monitor the competition and analyze competitors offer positioning at the entity level (Strategy, marketing mix, scope)3. Support Sales Offer strategy execution:· Provide the elements required to support the offer growth and build the relevant action plans to ensure a good level of representation in the Ecosystem.· Contributes to defining and implementing all necessary action plans to boost the offers (Especially Solution offers and prescriptions).· Ensure that all relevant resources are properly trained concerning the offer sold in the entity and have the right tools/methodologies.· Organize Sales and customer training to help Businesses generate leads, with the support of PAE where needed.4. Collect and give to the Line(s) of Business all relevant information:Contribute to the specifications of new offers and offer adaptations with LOB5. Support and ensure cross-selling to other Pipes (Partner Projects and/or Retail division/channels)Support cross-selling in front of the Partner Projects and Retail sales and channels, promote the offer, mobilize the support of PAE where needed, help the other division's sales and offer/channel managers to platform the channel partners, and establish strategies to gain more market share in these channels.6. CSF – Collaboration Sales forecastConnect with the Supply Chain demand planner regularly to ensure a good level of product forecasting to anticipate the product demand ahead.
