Position: Senior Business Development & Marketing ManagerWorking Place: D1, HMC
Reporting to: General Director
Industry: Water treatmentCompany overview: global EPC company specializing in the design, procurement, and construction of large scale petrochemical, and environmental (including water treatment) projects.Job Purpose:
  • Develop and implement Marketing and Business strategies for environmental projects, focusing on water supply, wastewater (residential and industrial), and solid waste treatment.
  • Proactively seek investment opportunities, conduct market analysis, and assess the feasibility of Private/PPP projects.
  • Play a strategic role in building and expanding relationships with Government authorities, regulatory agencies, financial institutions, and investors.
  • Oversee key business activities, contribute to investment strategy planning, and manage high-level relationships with partners and regulatory agencies when necessary.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Investment, or related fields.
Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Environmental Business, preferably in the water sector and Business
  • development. In-depth knowledge of legal regulations and investment project operations in water supply, wastewater,
  • and solid waste treatment.
  • Experience working directly with government authorities, investors, financial institutions, Licensors, Vendors and Subcontractors
  • Familiarity with managing documentation for design consulting and due diligence processes.
Skill:
  • Extensive network with government bodies, regulators, financial institutions, and investors, along with strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Expertise in developing and implementing Marketing strategies, identifying investment opportunities, and evaluating Private/PPP project feasibility.
  • Strong negotiation skills, contract management expertise, and the ability to oversee complex documentation processes.
  • Leadership in strategic planning, team management, and large-scale environmental project execution.
  • Fluent in English, proficient in office tools and project management software.
  • Strategic Partner Network:
  • Well-established relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and environmental investors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Investment regulations and infrastructure policies in the environmental sector.
