- Communicate with key stakeholders and process subject matter experts to identify key processes & review gaps
- Monitor the Service Levels/ TATs / KPIs are met and/or exceeded individually and the unit.
- Act as the Single point of Contact for MCA (Manager’s Control Assessment) coordination & metrics
- Assist with the department MIS and reporting & development of presentation materials
- Participate in projects to ensure required test case review, test result validation, and sign-off are provided in line with project timeline.
- Innovation – develop methods to make the review function more efficient
- Understand critical requirements of UOB policy/procedure/standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform control task on monthly / quarterly reviews & as allocated
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good at written English and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree/ University degree or equivalent experience
