We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver value effectively. This role combines servant leadership, stakeholder management, and program delivery across multiple engineering teams onshore and offshore.

Develop and manage adaptive delivery plans for multiple engineering squads in Vietnam.
Lead release planning, execution, and rollout of software releases (epics and features), including dependency management across domains.
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, release sequencing, and capacity planning.
Oversee financials and ensure on-time delivery of releases.
Drive delivery roadmaps, integration planning, and go-live strategies with contingency measures.
Maintain backlog quality, capacity updates, and financial hygiene in project tracking tools.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
Communicate progress with stakeholders, remove impediments, and escalate risks where necessary.
Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of project management experience with large-scale IT or business projects.
Strong background in Agile frameworks, adaptive delivery, and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and complex organizational structures.
Solid understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and process-driven solutions.
Excellent skills in dependency management, risk management, and strategic planning.
