- Implement the planning change in case the initial planning has any issues.
- Confirm and follow up with the delivery plan and update the delivery schedule on the system.
- Prepare daily reports from onsite data and maintain them in the ERP system.
- Alert to the superior levels for any shortage issue of materials and capacity.
- Follow up with monthly production plan and production results.
- Other tasks from assistant manager
- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics
- Can use English or Chinese fluently is prefer
- At least 2-4 years of experiences
- Good at Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel
- Have experience working with SAP or similar systems
- Proven experience in production planning or a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
