• Main products: Fiber Optic Products (Design and manufacture electrical, electronic, fiber optic connectors...)
• Location: Can Giuoc – Long An
• Working hours: From Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday/month: 8AM - 5PM
• There is a shuttle bus in Ho Chi Minh City: Tan Binh District, 4, 5, 7, 10, Binh Chanh (Nguyen Van Linh)

• Determine the required materials and follow up on delivery with the purchasing team to ensure enough goods are available for production.
• Manage orders and deliveries to ensure on-time delivery to commitment.
• Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy and act quickly to correct errors if warranted.
• Work jointly with production planning to publish customer SO delivery committed dates and update them in a timely fashion when required.
• Understand and manage risks to minimize the impact on the production schedule.
• Monitor the integrity and accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy.
• Follow up actions about material shortages that affect production.
• Create reports and analyze and update data if required to support the needs of the business

• Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics.
• Can use English or Chinese fluently is prefer
• At least 2 years of experience
• Good at Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel
• Have experience working with SAP or similar systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
