- Build and expand our influencer network, ensuring support for our campaigns.
- Drive influencer outreach and negotiate contracts with talent.
- Craft influencer briefs and provide guidance throughout content creation, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Social Media Management:
- Pioneer ShopBack's social media narrative across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and our Facebook community.
- Grow followers, amplify organic reach, and cultivate engagement across all owned channels.
- Create platform-native content-static, video, short-form-that sparks conversations and solidifies brand loyalty.
- Experiment with emerging trends, formats, and platforms, transforming ShopBack into a shareable brand.
- Brand Content Strategy for Online & Offline Channels:
- Strategize and execute an Online Paid content plan, delivering high-impact paid ad content across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other media.
- Lend creative support to content production for ATL touchpoints, whenever opportunities arise.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with proven track record in managing social media platforms and producing content, including videos and graphics, independently
- Strong understanding of social media trends, virality mechanics, and community growth tactics.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to content performance and optimization.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a positive, solutions-first mindset.
- A team player with a "can't-is-not-an-option" attitude, resourceful, not discouraged by failure or mistakes.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
