As Social Media Lead for Vietnam, you will support Canva's growth and will be responsible for managing Canva's social media and digital presence locally.You'll work closely with Canva's Regional Launcher for Vietnam, and will be a part of the core team to plan and launch campaigns to grow awareness. You will lead the launch and day-to-day management of owned brand channels on social media and other relevant digital platforms, showcasing creatively audacious campaigns and content to drive awareness and engagement. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional teams from around the world to achieve our ambitious goal of becoming one of the most beloved brands in Vietnam.What you'd be doing in this role

You have a solid and proven experience in digital B2C marketing, with a strong track record managing brand-owned social and digital channels
You've worked and thrive in fast-paced tech or startup environments in Vietnam or globally
You're a creative thinker with hands-on experience producing engaging content, and you've got a sharp eye for storytelling across formats.
You understand how each social platform works, from what content performs, its metrics, audience behaviors, to the latest features and trends.
You're comfortable with data, using analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and continuously improve your strategies.
You collaborate well across teams, and know how to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
You're naturally curious and proactive, always seeking new ways to connect with audiences and bring fresh ideas to life.
You're fluent in Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication skills across both languages.
