Be part of the game-changing organization.The PositionThis position will report to Medical Advisor and be a member of the affiliate CMR team.As Medical Advisor, you are responsible for the planning and execution of the local medical strategy to develop the GLP-1 & Obesity therapy areas. You will be instrumental in the identification and segmentation of KOLs relevant to the GLP-1 & Obesity therapy areas and in the development of engagement plans, including obtaining expert advice to guide local decisions and strategy.The main responsibility of the position will be managing medical activities of the department within the general strategy, principles and in compliance with the ethical rules. You will act as a scientific ambassador for Nov Nordisk, ensuring that the profile of the company remains high amongst stakeholders, such as opinion leaders, doctors, patients, pharmacists, associations etc., by developing and maintaining a close rapport, providing them medical support whenever required, and answering medical queries related to products raised by doctors, field staff and other internal/external customers.Furthermore, you will be responsible for educating and training of field and commercial colleagues to sharpen and implement product positioning and strategies. You will foresee and proactively address potential scientific challenges and ensure that external communications conform to regulatory laws and directions. You will provide support for the preparation of products' dossiers and technical reports in collaboration with Market Access/External Affairs. You will be engaged in identification and development of relevant publications/content, and you will facilitate new product launches with close cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to the generation of new data relevant to product/portfolio assigned; identify and critically evaluate new data and use the data for effective communication purposes. You will also support Clinical activities as a local therapeutic area expert.QualificationsYou are an MD with a minimum 2-3 years' with corporate experience in medical affairs, especially product launch experience.You have strategic mindset to think beyond marketing strategies and see the broad picture with business mindset. You have a high level of proactiveness and an in-depth understanding of medical affairs role in the pharmaceutical industry. You can understand and efficiently communicate complicated scientific data and are able to work cross-functionally. You are driven, can take initiative, and are agile in actions. You are fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English, and your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk Way.About the departmentAs a Medical advisor, you will be working for the GLP-1 & Obesity Business in Vietnam and you will be involved in the product launch process, from the planning stage.
