Being able to read and analyze business and technical requirements. To collaborate cross functionally with other teams (UI/UX, PO, DEV, etc.) and understand precisely the project requirements; Defining the test plans/test strategies and writing test cases (recommend the targeted progressive distribution between automated tests and manual tests).What You’ll Get

What You’ll DoDevelop & Maintain Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts across multiple platforms to ensure product quality and reliability.Enhance Frameworks: Write and optimize code to strengthen the automation framework, improving efficiency and expanding test coverageCI/CD Integration: Implement and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, enabling continuous testing and faster feedback loops.Bug Tracking & Collaboration: Report, track, and prioritize defects; collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.Hybrid Testing Approach: Perform both manual and automated testing as needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to project requirements.Test Evaluation & Quality Reporting: Conduct comprehensive test evaluations for each delivery, preparing detailed quality reports and providing GO/NO GO recommendations to support release decisions.What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience in software testing (7+ years), both manual and automation.
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright
  • Experience building automation frameworks from scratch is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with a bug tracking system and test management tools
  • Able to manage a sub-team of 3 to 5 people is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
