  • Being in charge mainly for strategy of whole Agency channel, including cooperating with high level management team and other stakeholders in developing and implementation tracking.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to prepare strategic reports for agency channel.
  • Provide input to High level management in strategic decision
  • Being proactive in Agency Strategic project performance monitor to highlight any risk in target achievement to related stakeholders
  • Build short and long-term Agency KPIs (MAPA) for both full-time and part-time agency model, develop a framework to monitor and provide recommendations on sales forecast by Country/ Territory/ Region/ AD level.
  • Sales trend monitor and provide accurate sales forecasts. Identify gaps in sales pipelines (recruitment, sales activity) which stand in the way of achieving sales target, communicate these gaps to the appropriate teams responsible for execution.
  • Develop and optimize AD bonus scheme for both full-time and part-time channel. Monitor and propose change to ensure the scheme is within approved budget and achieve the purpose of driving sales.
  • Champion and communicate sales KPIs, AD’s target to relevant teams. Coordinate with cross-function teams to implement sales plan, propose initiatives and plan to achieve target.
  • Manage sales bonus budget and provide regular sales performance, forecast report in a timely manner, highlighting risk to achieving target and measure needed to mitigate risks.
  • Support on preparing presentation materials for Senior management.
  • Manage Planning teams to ensure the quality and timing of assigned tasks
  • Various ad-hoc project as requested.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Life insurance. Master's Degree may be preferred.
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in planning position for Life insurance company or similar role is required.
  • Excellence at business acumen & leadership
  • Excellence at communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
