Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Vietnamese Business Development Manager to drive their growth in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing partnerships, exploring business opportunities, and establishing their brand in the local market.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the company's business by establishing strong partnerships in Vietnam to drive profitable growth.
- Recruit and onboard new partners on an ongoing basis.
- Identify and report on business opportunities to increase the company's market share in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local partners through effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct business trips to meet partners and present the company's products and services.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of lead sources to support business growth.
- Achieve key performance indicators and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within financial markets or brokerage services.
- Proven track record of building and managing partnerships in Vietnam.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, brokerage business, and regulatory frameworks.
- Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive work attitude, dedication, and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
