Discover how you can grow your career, make impact and drive real change with our Winning Team today.Working Arrangement HybridJob DescriptionOpportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Compensation & Campaign Manager:To develop and implement effective sales incentive programs and compensation plans for our sales force that align with our business objectives and drive sales performance.In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales leaders and exposure to senior folks across functions (C level folks from Distribution, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Finance).ResponsibilitiesTo develop and implement sales contests and incentive programs to motivate and reward the sales team for achieving sales targets and other performance metrics.Collaborate with sales leaders and other key stakeholders to understand business goals, sales strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to design effective sales contests and compensation plans.Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales contests and compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while designing and implementing sales contests and compensation plans.Monitor and track sales contest results, sales performance, and compensation payouts to ensure accuracy and fairness.Provide regular reports and insights on sales contest performance, compensation trends, and salesforce motivation to senior management and stakeholders.Collaborate with HR and finance to ensure seamless administration of compensation plans, including accurate and timely payout calculations.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales contests, incentive programs, and compensation plans to drive continuous improvement.How will you create impact?This role reports to Director, PD compensation & Campaigns.
